Another Blast....

Our Easter Finest circa 1963-65... WOW.  We shopped for just the right outfit for weeks and usually had Easter dinner with one set of Grandparents.  All the girls got corsages to attend church Easter morning. We colored eggs the day before with my cousins and added them to our baskets with our chocolate bunnies. Carl and Diane used to devour their bunnies in short order, but I saved and savored mine for days..... Memories :)

A Little Night Music

Last night, we got to redeem one of our Christmas presents ... tickets to our favorite show.  The show was spectacular and we loved every minute of it.  However, getting home was another issue.  Unbeknownst to us, while we were waiting for the show to begin, Boston had a major transformer explosion which caused a widespread power outage. Luckily the theater district was spared, but many roads were closed, traffic lights weren't working, and police cars were everywhere.  Thanks to the GPS were were able to find our way to Cambridge and then home. Didn't get very much sleep.... but had an exciting evening  :)

Agility

~When work, commitment and pleasure all become one and you reach that deep well where passion lives, nothing is impossible - Unknown

Have gone to two trials with the dogs in the last few weeks. We've really been honing our skills and having lots of fun.

Miranda

When Nancy asked us if we wanted take this little girl into our home to give her a try at agility - we decided to give it a whirl. She is a 1/2 sister to Ike with piles of energy. Lee is in his last year of competition with Tucker so we're hoping she will be trained by the time he retires. So far she's been a quick study, but there's still lots to teach and learn. FUN!!!
